Willoughby Ave

Willoughby Avenue is a historic Clinton Hill brownstone that had undergone a previous renovation, leaving the parlor floor in need of cohesion and warmth. Our design revived the space through a series of sculpted arched openings, a careful restoration of the original woodwork, and a recladding of each surface to establish an atmosphere of easy, historic elegance. The new interior draws from the depth and softness of the earthy-hued, textural palette of the 1970s, accented with moments of Italian Art Deco glamour. The result is a space that feels dreamy, tactile, and genuinely lived-in—historic yet freshly reimagined for modern living.
